Postage Details - Costs and terms explained

Postage is calculated on weight and it is not an intention to make profit from these costs. Postage is charged at cost. The postage calculation is displayed at the checkout before payment details are requested.

UK Delivery rates:

Postage is calculated at the checkout. This cost will be displayed to you before you need to provide any payment details. Every effort is made to keep postage costs to a minimum and it is not our intention to profit from the cost of postage.

UK Rates Explained 

Express - Couriers will be either Royal Mail 24, Hermes Next Day for items under 10kg and FedEx or Parcel Force for those over 10KG. The item(s) should be with you withing 1 to 2 days, however a refund for the cost of postage is only available once four working days have passed since the order was placed.

Next Working Day (From working day to working day) - Couriers will be Fed-Ex or Royal Mail Next Day. Orders placed before 9:30 AM will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed after 9:30AM will be collected by the courier the following working day and require 24 hours from collection to deliver. If delivery is not made within 48hours of ordering (excluding weekends) the cost of postage will be refunded (on request).

Standard - Couriers used are Evri Standard and Royal Mail 48 Deliver target is 2-4 working days.



Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 16:30 (4:30pm) will be collected that evening (Not weekends). Orders placed after 16:31 (4:31pm) on a Friday may not be given to the courier (usually Royal Mail) until 17:00 Monday. So if you ordered an item at 16:31 on a Friday please allow for this.

Problems with received item or item not received:

Be assured that by ordering from (Climb Hire Limited) your item is insured and you will be refunded if your request is not fulfilled.

  • Please allow 5 working days for a refund if Express or better was purchased.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund if Standard Delivery was chosen.
  • Damages may be claimed for instantly, but may need photo's and/or the item returning.
  • Wrong Item - Please make contact and this will be sorted within 24 hrs.
