Postage Details - Costs and terms explained
If you need to cancel your order please call 07879654375 before dispatched otherwise the cost of delivery may not be refunded.
Note: Reference to ‘working days’ are Monday to Friday, and does not include Saturday, Sunday nor Bank Holidays. However, some couriers (Royal Mail and Evri) do deliver over the weekend.
Unless otherwise stated, expected delivery times are:
· Standard = 3 – 5 working days
· Express = 1 – 3 Working days
· Next Working Day = within 48 hours of order being placed Monday to Thursday (Weekend and Bank Holidays are excluded). If an order is placed for Next Day delivery on a Friday, it may be Monday before the order is received.
· Local delivery – You will be contacted to arrange a time, this is limited to 10 mile radius from our warehouse location (Dinnington Nr Sheffield).
UK Delivery rates:
Postage is calculated at the checkout. This cost will be displayed to you before you need to provide any payment details. Every effort is made to keep postage costs to a minimum and it is not our intention to profit from the cost of postage.
Parcel handlers (couriers) if not stated on the option:
· Standard = Evri Standard and Royal Mail 48
· Express = FedEx, DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail 24
If you have concerns about a courier or would rather use another company, get in touch before placing and order. From experience FedEx are superior however they don’t deliver at the weekend (without premium charges).
ORDER TIMES:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 16:30 (4:30pm) will be collected that evening (Not weekends).
Orders placed after 11:30AM Saturday will be handed to the courier Monday at 13:00 (excluding bank holidays).
Problems with received item or item not received:
Be assured that by ordering from RoverUK.co.uk (Climb Hire Limited) your item is insured and you will be refunded if your request is not fulfilled.
- Please allow 5 working days for a refund if Express or better was purchased.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund if Standard Delivery was chosen.
- Damages may be claimed for instantly, but may need photo's and/or the item returning.
- Wrong Item - Please make contact and this will be sorted within 24 hrs.
Please note that should a claim need to be made, you will be requested to complete a declaration for the courier.
On the rare occasion an order has been cancelled you will receive an email. Emails will be from Ryan@RoverUK.co.uk via RoverUK.co.uk.
