Postage Details - Costs and terms explained
Next Working Day - Couriers will be Fed-Ex or Royal Mail Next Day. Orders placed before 9:30 AM will be delivered the following working day. Orders placed after 9:30AM will be collected by the courier the following working day and require 24 hours from collection to deliver. If delivery is not made within 48hours of ordering (excluding weekends) the cost of postage will be refunded (on request).
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 16:30 (4:30pm) will be collected that evening (Not weekends). Orders placed after 16:31 (4:31pm) on a Friday may not be given to the courier (usually Royal Mail) until 17:00 Monday. So if you ordered an item at 16:31 on a Friday please allow for this.
LOST IN POST:
Be assured that by ordering from RoverUK.co.uk (Climb Hire Limited) your item is insured and you will be refunded if your request is not fulfilled.
- Please allow 5 working days for a refund if Express or better was purchased.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for a refund if Standard Delivery was chosen.
- Damages may be claimed for instantly, but may need photo's and/or the item returning.
- Wrong Item - Please make contact and this will be sorted within 24 hrs.
Please note that should a claim need to be made, you will be requested to complete a declaration for the courier.
On the rare occasion an order has been cancelled you will receive an email. Emails will be from Ryan@RoverUK.co.uk via RoverUK.co.uk.
