This presentation pack was issued on 6th June 2000 by the Royal Mail and contains a set of four mint stamps, which were produced as part of the Millennium Project stamp series. The 2nd Class stamp features the Millennium Greens Project - initiated by the countryside agency - which gave many communities in the UK a chance to regenerate their under-used land into brand new 'breathing spaces'. The 1st and 45p stamps feature similar regeneration projects, while the 'On The Line' cultural exchange programme is featured on the 65p value.
Inside the pack is a poem titled "The Park Had A Dream" by Moniza Alvi. There is also a description of the four Millennium projects represented on the enclosed stamps.
