We are pleased to enclose herewith the second volume of our new series "ART OF THE ANCIENT WORLD", illustrating 133 selected antiquities and works of primitive art available for sale priced from $350 to $15,000, Volume III of "ART OF THE ANCIENT WORLD" will be published on or about December 1967 and will be sent to all of our regular clients without charge. All forthcoming issues will be available at $2 each or 3 consecutive issues for $5. Volume I of "PRIMITIVE AND PRE-COLUMBIAN ART", also a 96-page catalog, featuring over 150 pieces from Mexico, Peru, North West Coast, Oceania, Southwest Asia and Africa, is now in preparation and will be available in June at $2. Our main galleries are now located at 1000 Madison Avenue, between 77th and 78th Streets, conveniently located one block north-of- -Parka -Bernet Galleries and two blocks north-of the new Whitney Museum. This new gallery of over 3000 square feet offers a permanent display of ancient, oriental, medie-val, primitive and modern art, as well as special exhibitions in a unique plastic-covered outdoor sculpture court and the downstairs display rooms.
An exhibition of important antiquities may be viewed at our private gallery and library at 44 East 82nd Street by appointment only. We are always interested in purchasing choice antiquities and works of primitive art. Offers accompanied by photographs are welcomed.
