casting of the Law. The author of this
book took an active part in the prepara-
tion of the new legislation, and is there-
fore extremely well-qualified to present
this authoritative exposition of the
Constitutional Law of Ghana.
Not only does the author expound the
provisions of the law as they exist: he
also gives a fair amount of technical
help wherever necessary. In this way,
he does much to lessen the problems
facing those who suddenly find them-
selves confronted with such a mass of
unfamiliar legislation. Clearly, no-one
who needs a guide to this subject-be
he teacher, student or administrator-
can afford to ignore BENNION.
