EILEEN M. BONIFACE lives in Lindfleld. She is married with two grown-up sons. While in the Civil Service site won second prize in the 1974 Civil Service Poetry Competition.
HILARY CLARE lives in Lower Willingdon and is married. She is deputy editor in a publishing firm and honorary secretary of a poetry society. She writes children's novels for the ten to fourteen years age.group.

lives in Haywards Heath. During the War she worked in the War Office. She then worked in a preparatory school and for the ten years prior to her retirement in 1978 she was a matron in the Junior School of Hurmpierpoint College. She has had short stories published and is currently engaged in a novel.
lives in Eastbourne with his wife and daughter. He is a horticulturist and in his spare time is attending a course in philosophy.
lives in Cucktield and is married with five grown up children and one grandchild. She has recently retired as Regional Training Officer for the Pre.School Playgroups Association. She still continues her editing and PR work. Publications include — "Playtime Stories" (Penguin). "Journeys of the Mind" (Downlander Publishing 1980) and "Running a Mother & Toddler Club" (Allen & Unwin 1983).

BERYL FLEMING lives in Brighton and is married with two children. She is a medical secretary. In 1977 she came third in the All Sussex Poetry Competition with "Hallowed Abbey" now in the archives of Westminster Abbey Library as a representative example of 20th century poetry. She won the Edna Alice Memorial Cup for poetry in 1981.


BARBARA MOORE lives in St. Leonards on Sea and is a retired company director. She is divorced and has a grown-up son and daughter. Her poetry appears from time to time in well known magazines and reflects her deep interest in people and in the environment.


IRENE WILKINS
lives in Eastbourne and is a member of the Society of Eastbourne Artists. At one time she and her sister were joint proprietors of a bookshop. Subsequently she was secretary for many years in the outpatients' department of a general hospital.


CORDON HARDCORE WOODWARD
lives at Lower Willirigdon and is married. After serving in the Lincolnshire Regiment he became a poultry farmer. A prolific writer over the years, his work has appeared in many magazines including Country Life, Country Fair, Park Administration etc. His poetry has been publishe< in This England, Lincolnshire Life, Sussex Life, Cotswold Life and many other magazines. He has gained 30 awards for poetry in music and arts festivals all over the Country, and his poetry has been read on the BBC.
