Buyer arrange collection/delivery

This is a trial and may be retracted at any time (should there be an error or currently unforeseen problems with this service).

Best efforts are made to keep postage costs as low as possible through the services on offer. However, now you have the option to arrange your own collection/delivery service.

Collection Locations:

There are two options, the first is a residential address with more flexible collection dates/times. The second is a commercial premises with fixed opening dates/times. Please specify your preferred collection address after placing your order.

  1. 41 Windermere Court, North Anston, S25 4GJ (Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 19:45) Collection only for the item(s) already purchased as this is a residential property (not a shop). 
  2. Budby Antiques (Nr Thoresby Hall)- Budby (A616 Worksop Road) , Newark NG22 9EX - Wednesday to Sunday 10:00 - 15:00 - You must confirm collection before arriving to make sure; first, that the venue is open and second, that your item is ready for collection.

If you plan to collect your item yourself or sending someone you know:

  1. It is important to note that this is a 'click and collect' style service and if collecting your item it will be made ready for you to collect at the time/ date stated. 
  2. If you see anything else on the RoverUK.co.uk website you are interested in, this cannot/may not be available to purchase/view on site*, so should be purchased in advance of arrival.
  3. Email Ryan@RoverUK.co.uk (anytime) or call 07879654375 (Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 19:45) to arrange collection.

If sending a label and arraigning your own courier, the points made above are relevant, and also;

  1. You must make contact with us before arranging collection with your courier to make sure your order will be processed and ready on time for collection.
  2. It is the Buyer's (your) responsibility for insuring against damages or losses by the courier you have entrusted with delivering the item. The items condition will be checked here before handing over.
  3. Your item may be 'restocked' if contact is not made within 2 working days.
