Cornish Quay Holidays is a family business providing comfortable holiday homes in a
particularly beautiful part of Cornwall.Our preperties are personally supervised and we
find it very rewarding that 40% of our bookings are from previous visitors. Some of our
very first visitors in 1974 still return regularly and bring not only their children but their
grandchildren with them.
In the brochure we have tried to give a complete and honest picture of the properties but
it is difficult to do justice to them in a few lines. With a wide range of cottages and prices
the facilities and standards obviously vary, Please ask if you would like any additional

Cornwall is particularly lovely in the spring and autumn and the low rents make off peak
holidays real bargains.
Some of the properties are available throughout the winter and winter is rarely cold in
Cornwall. The first of the spring flowers are usually out in late January or early February
and the sea can be really dramatic. It isa great time to have a holiday if you have a spare
week or even a fevw days.
