Not sure exactly which year however with a little research I understand it to be 1945. The image on the jacket is of a old man with garden shears and a butterfly landing on his nose also dressed and the top hat and jacket. Not in Fantastic condition however I would say good to very good condition given the age and it being a child's annual has the jacket.
