Our search for the mysterious, the ghostly, the macabre, the
unusual and the criminal, remains as vigilant as ever.
LONDON MYSTERY has become known to authors in most parts
of the world and we are glad of this.
We receive about thirty manuscripts a week and from nearly
four hundred that we read between publication dates, we can
only select about a dozen to include in our quarterly issue.
Many of those we reject are worthy of inclusion, sadly we are
restricted by lack of space.
To place this issue in your hands we have read well over a
million words submitted to us by several hundred contributors
with experience and local knowledge of many countries, who
now take you on an armchair tour of California, Indonesia,
Italy, Yugoslavin and an air trip over the Atlantic.
The wonderful variety of stamps that we receive from all this
foreign correspondence we pass on to our favourite Charity
REHAB and goes towards helping the disabled. So despite
having to return submissions, some good does come out of it.
